Silver Surfers in Swindon

Over 50 and interested in learning more about using and enjoying the wonders of the 'world wide web', why not come along and join us? We meet at Wizard Education, 23 Central Trading Estate, Signal Way, Old Town, Swindon and together we unravel the intricacies and mysteries of how to get the most out of modern day computers, all over a cuppa with friends!
The Swindon Silver Surfers club is open to everyone over 50 (and of course those who may not be 50 but feel they too have missed out on the 'Digital Age'!), we can also help those that perhaps want to help someone else to take those first few, nervous steps to getting online. Oh, and you are never too old... our oldest 'surfer' was 90yrs young when he first took to his first computer keyboard!
Let us hold you by the hand and lead you through what seems a maze of 'science and technology' and show you just how easy it really is!!
You can choose to study in a way that suits you, either drop in to as many or as few of our friendly, relaxed sessions as you wish, or come in and we can direct you to some of the excellent FREE government resources which, once registered, you can you can work through at home or with us - all at your own pace.
